The present research makes mix proportion design of Self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete used in Structure insulating wall through theoritical analysis and orthogonal test method; evaluates the working performance of orthogonal test method through the tests of slump flow, J-ring and L-box; evalutes the mechanical properties of orthogonal test method through testing its cubic compressive strength and axial compressive strength and eventually proves that the first mix proportion is the most appropriate one; makes mix proportion design of M5, M7.5 lightweight insulation mortar through borrowing the methord of mix proportion design of construction mortar and evaluates every mix proportion through flow promoter test and stage test.Through designing linear expansion coefficient determinator, this research determines the linear expansion coefficient of SCLC as 9.65×10 ?6/ K, the linear expansion coefficient of autoclaved block, 7.98×10 ?6/ K.Through testing the nine groups with the shrinkage ratio of 45d in orthogonal test program of SCLC, the results show that the first group with the smallest ratio of the shrinkage and the fourth group of the worst. Based upon the frist group of ratio, we adjust the amount of fly ash as 5%, 10% and 15% and get the conclusion that 15% obtains smallest shrinkage. Within this range with the increase of the amount of fly ash, shrinkage decreases; we also adjust the amount of coarse aggregate as 0.567 and 0.600 and get the conclusion that with the amount of coarse aggregate increases, the aggregate of the inhibitory effect of cement is enhanced and self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete shrinkage decreases; by making contrast test, we find the additional water in mix proportion design exterts greater impact on the shrinkage. There is increasing trend of shrinkageWe also determines the anti-freeze index of nine groups of mix proportion of SCLC through freezing and thawing test, in which the second group and fifth group with the smallest ratio of the mass loss, the fourth group and the ninth group with a larger mass loss. Based on the frist group of mix proportion, we respectively raise the amount of fly ash to 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% and proves that with the increase of fly ash, the mass loss decreases and its frost resistance increases. By making contrast test, we find the additional water in mix proportion design can weaken its frost resistance performance. The mass loss of insulation mortar is less than 5%.
