Water resource in Tianjin area is very deficient. With the development of city economy and the improvement of city modernization, the problem about urban rainwater becomes more and more grievous. Considering the combination of rainwater utilization and runoff pollution control and eco-environment improvement, the application of technology of rainwater collection and permeating Tianjin area was studied in this research.1,Base on the experimental data, the effects of the roof and road to domestic rain water quality were analyzed. The differences of rainwater quality at home and abroad were investigated, then the roof material which might be useful to collect the rainwater and improve the water quality were summarized.2,According to typical pollutant wash-off curve and its model, wash-off law and influence factors of urban storm runoff to pollutants were analyzed.3,Rainwater accumulation methods in quality on road, roof and green open space were compared.4,Sewage Interception measures of urban storm runoff were studied.5,Concrete methods of water accumulation and permeating technology were put forward.Combining with rainwater utilization engineering in an residential area of Tianjin, analysis of technology and economy comparison on direct utilization protocol and ground water recharge protocol were done.
