Research On Comprehensive Utilizalion Of Rainwater And Technical Measures In Tianjin

This thesis mainly studies the urban rainwater utilization at home and abroad, theresources utilization in Tianjin and the necessity of rainwater utilization.The thesisanalyse the rainfall data in Tianjin,the rainwater quality and the comprehensiveutilization ways of rainwater in Tianjin.It also refers to rainwater drain and floodprevention in central Tianjin,and the management of rainwater resources in Tianjin.In recent years, with the development of Tianjin economy, urban buildings havebecome more dense, and central areas in the city excluding a small amount of greenland and waters, has been occupied. Torrential rain confluence time would beshortened, the surface runoff increased, and the flood peak arrive in advance, easily tocausing urban flood disasters.The comprehensive utilization of urban rainwater is another new water resourcesexcept the reclaimed water and sea water. Rain, as a kind of unconventional water,now has become one of the important water resources to release the tension of urbanwater. Urban rainwater utilization can realize the new development of water resources,release the pressure on urban drainage and sewage treatment. It can reduce waterpollution and improve urban ecological environment, at the same time, not onlyenvironmental benefits and social benefits, but also considerable economic benefitswill be realized. Rain infiltration on the spot or holdings not only can adjuste the rainflood water, but also cut floods, supplement groundwater, and slow down the groundfall.With the help of rainfall and storm runoff data collection and sorting in20years,useful rainwater quantity were determined. Combination of Tianjin city centraldowntown development planning and the existing status of river courses and lakes, inthe study on comprehensive utilization of urban rainwater and technology, theproposal on cental urban rainwater utilization planning and relevant policyrecommendations were put forward, for the scale of the urban rainwater utilizationand incorporate them into city available water resources, it could provide technicalsupport for comprehensive rainwater utilization.
