In the power system, the ideal power system supply voltage which is under a single constant frequency and voltage amplitude. But in fact, the rapid development of power electronic technology makes a large number of power electronic devices applied to the modern industries, enterprises, transport sector and household appliances. That makes the system of voltage waveform become more and more serious. And the harmonic pollution is also growing. Therefore, the inhibition of harmonic pollution, and compensation of reactive power has constantly exposed to professional attention. Because of high cost and expensive price,it is limiter to use.Because of simple structure,cheap price,easy to realize and mature technology. But traditional passive filter can only compensate some certain harmonic.In order to correct the disadvantage,the disadvantage is that the traditional passive filter can only compensate some certain harmonic,we design a new system of passive compensation.It is composed of two parts,detection control part and filter circuit part.The detection control part is composed of master controller and controller.We use digital sigal processor TMS320F2812 as master controller.It is fixed point type made in TI company.The digital sigal processor sample the current and voltage using AD port.The sampling value is transported into digital signal processor. The digital signal processor calculate out the value and frequency of harmonic current. The controller is intelligence contactor which have data communication.It can turn on or off the filter current controlled by the command of the master controller.It is designed by standard and module.It is designed by the value of permissible voltage pressure-resisting value.We choose some filter circuit paralled connected to power network,detected by the controller,determine the number of filter circuit which connected to the power netwok.The filter circuit is consisted by some singal tunning passive filters.The singal tunning filter is made of a resistor ,a inductor and a capacitor.We can calculate the value of the resistance,the inductance and the capacitance.At last ,we talk about the communication of the master controller and the controller.Finally, the result of simulation tests is obtained from the MATLAB7.0/SIMULNIK makes a brief analysis for the tests. A lot of data and experience which come from simulation will provide reference and basis for the actual development. There is important guiding significance.
