This article has studied Rotor Winding Fault diagnosis system based on the DSP.This system take DSP as the data processing core, data acquisition, data transfer, faultdiagnosis as a whole.This research take asynchronous machine as data acquisitionsupply oscillator,Analysis of short circuit between the windings of the motormechanism, and based on this and determined that uses the differential coil gatheringelectrical machinery air gap electromotive force information, and through the analysisof the signal to realize the rotor winding inter turn short circuit fault diagnosis.Algorithm in the system design, because the time-frequency analysis of wavelettransform can overcome the Fourier transform in signal analysis in time domain cannot be reflected in the frequency lack of domain mutations, this study collected usingwavelet transform analysis of the air gap EMF signals.Because the signal in the signalacquisition process will be noise pollution, and the rotor winding inter-turn shortcircuit fault, the air gap EMF signal will be distorted,This research uses the wavelettransformation to filter out in the signal gathering process the noise, uses the Mallatalgorithm identification signal distortion point, and uses the wavelet packetdecomposition and reconstruction extract fault feature vectors, and feature vectors asthe BP neural network input, the fault diagnosis as neural network's output.In the system hardware design, the system includes differential detection coil,high-speed ADC, high-performance DSP chip, high-speed data buffer FIFO, USB2.0controller and its interface, power conversion circuits, Flash program storage unit andother parts. According to the system performance demand, this research choice takeTMS320C6203B as the data processing core, take ADS5422 as the signal A/Dconversion core, takes the high speed connection by CY7C68013, takes the databuffering by SN74V245, has designed the AD switch and DSP, DSP and FIFO, theUSB controller's junction circuit.Finally, a friendly interfacemotor rotor winding inter turn short circuit faultdiagnosis system is designed based on Matlab2009.
