With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, the user-oriented UG softwarere-development more and more shows personalized function, which has greatly meet the diverseneeds of the vast number of users. UG is the second development of computer aided mold designat the top of the application, is the enterprise according to oneself circumstance development ofthe application or system. With the enterprise's subtly and unmanned development ofproduction ,the technology of the body part stamping cover of three dimension finite elementsimulation already step from the experimental stage to the usage phase, in the sheet metalmould design also got important applications.Focus on the shortcomings of sheet metal mould design car and the related issues, from anew perspective of the CAS(complex adaptive system) theory to study the complicated, onenessand common problems on designing mould parts. Completing with the following main research:(1) Analysis the CAS characters of car's sheet mould designing. Using the principle ofmould parts TRIZ, classification, make the same kind of specialized mould;(2) Combined with the characteristics of the enterprise development and car of thecomplexity of the sheet metal, this paper expounds the main restrictions of the development ofthe mould design program, and using UG software construct the model.(3) Use multi-agents modeling tools and UG/Grip second development language on thesystem simulation design and modeling simulation, sorting figure yuan, and making theconvenient tool bar;(4) Use Autoform software on the analysis of sheet metal parts, and then give constructivesuggestion for the enterprise independent design software development system ..The above about UG system research and development work, its research value is mainlyreflected in three aspects: the first is to develop the car dies standard part library, and realized itin UG software automatically start loading; the second is it realize the seamless integration withUG system, has the good human-machine interaction, extensibility and portability; the third is toverify the related theory method and development system is correct and practical.The idea and the methond of the UG system is not only suitable for vehicle punching thesecond-development of standard-part library, but also provide the reference for building otherlibrary and the CAD system's second-development. |
