| With the continuous depending of economic globalization, as well as China's rapid economic development, air transport industry is in rapid development period. However, accidents about aircrafts overshot the runway when taking off and landing often occurs, most of them are due to the low friction coefficient of the airport runway. In view of that, measuring the friction coefficient of runway has being become more and more important. It can guarantee the efficiency of aircraft operations and the safety of people's lives and property.The friction coefficient test vehicle for airport runway is special measuring equipment for measuring the airport runway friction coefficient. From its measure data, we can know whether the runway is suitable for safe takeoff and landing of aircraft, and whether the runway needs to maintain. Up to now, China is unable to produce the kind of measuring equipment, so the equipment has to be imported from abroad. But the imported equipments are not only expensive, but also have many problems in structural design, failure rates and after-sales service, etc.With researching on the working principle, the electric control systems and the applying information of the runway friction coefficient test vehicle, a design plan was proposed, and then was completed with completion of the various hardware and software function modules of the overall design. This system uses industrial control computer as a host computer, which is used to receive the operation instructions of operator, send control commands, display and print data, etc. The slave computer is used to control the hydraulic system and the mechanical system, and return the sensor output value pretreated to the host computer. LabVIEW is software development tool in this system. Many software and hardware means are used to ensure the accuracy for data and data transmitting, improving the capacity of resisting disturbance. Experiment a processing result for this runway friction coefficient test vehicle shows that its performance is stable and reliable, and it has a high practical value. |
