Road is seen as carrier of the car,the interaction between tire and road surface almost decides all the running state of vehicle,driving safety and extreme driving condition demands enough adhesion ability from road surface.Road longitudinal friction coefficient is used as the most direct index evaluating pavement anti-sliding performance.at present the road surface friction coefficient test mainly depends on the road experiment,the cost of experiments is very high and the experiment testing process sometimes disturb normal traffic order.Road surface lateral friction coefficient is regarded as the standard of evaluating pavement anti-sliding performance in domestic,and research is placed on the lateral friction coefficient more than the longitudinal friction coefficient,the situation in domestic is disjointed with that foreign countries tend to favor longitudinal friction coefficient as the standard of pavement anti-sliding performance.Based on the above reasons,setting up road longitudinal friction coefficient test simulation system is really necessary and meaningful.This essay first reviewed the pavement longitudinal friction test research situation,having analyzed the composition,parameters and testing mechanism of pavement longitudinal friction test system,create tractor car model,test car model,road model in SIMPACK based on the theory of longitudinal friction test system test mechanism.Then set simulation experiments,analyze the different speed and different testing sliding rate of the simulation test results,and the simulation results show that the established road longitudinal friction coefficient test simulation system can accurately simulate the road longitudinal friction coefficient test.
