Supersonic therapy is the method of letting energy of supersonic waves to act on human bodies which have pathological change, in order to heal illness and restore healthy. Recently, with the development of electronic technology, supersonic therapy get into new development time, the application field of it is becoming wider and wider. In order to make supersonic therapy used in common people, this design sites equipment with low power and pulse synchronization supersonic for family. In addition, in order to make supersonic activate according with human bodies'circadian rhythm and get better supersonic treatment effect, this paper firstly give a supersonic waves scheme which use developed technology of microprocessor and sensor to control the output of equipment and supersonic impulse synchronously with pulse. It will establish good basement to supersonic waves multi-probe equipment using in hospital, using high energy shock waves to curing cancer and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. It has widely application foreground.Firstly, this paper introduces the development, application and treatment mechanism of supersonic wave treatment equipment. Then get the scheme of system with the basement of analyses on some supersonic equipments controlling system, combined with scientific research project, the core technology problems in the pulse synchronization supersonic treatment equipment have been researched and designed, done the validation and analysis of experiments in the end.In the design of pulse control circuit, this paper chooses and compares some multi-pulse sensor firstly, sites adopt integrated PVDF piezoelectric thin film sensor which is highly sensitivity and taking along with comfortable and convenient, in order to filter noise and get TTL control signal, using delay technology to design magnify, plastic and comparing circuit, the signal reflects the information of pulse in human body correctly.Supersonic wave generator is the core of the supersonic wave treatment equipment, the reliability and work efficiency of it is very important to the whole system. This paper mainly research and design driving circuit, power amplifying circuit, matched network and power adjustment system. In the design of supersonic wave treatment equipments, the key factor to output efficiency is the acoustic resonance frequency tracking technology. With the technology index on high frequency of output and small step in supersonic wave treatment equipments, this paper sites a method of frequency tracking system based on combination of single chip machines and DDS. High-accuracy frequency signals synthesizer, sample circuit and phase detector are detailed analysis and design, the software flow of frequency tracking and according control algorithm are presented also, these assure supersonic treatment equipment is in the best condition.The supersonic wave treatment equipment in this paper has becoming product by debugging, But to the whole field of supersonic wave treatment, lots of step further research is also needed.
