Contactless power transfer technology is currently a hot topic, for such as portable electronic products, implantable device, suitable for mobile robots through the power line to carry out long-term supply of electrical and electronic transmission of radio energy is important,contactless power transfer technology to a large extent to meet the needs of specific areas of the charge.But,in the process of contactless power transfer ,around the sender does not recognize the device to be charged,and also can not identify whether a more efficient charging equipment,then the charge will result in the blindness of the sender and the waste of energy,hence the need for an intelligent charge management unit to improve the security of the system charge.Firstly, the Contactless power transmission technology with radio frequency identification technology (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology,function of the available radio frequency identification system of contactless power transfer system.The receiving end has a corresponding RFID tags,end of treatment to achieve ID charge identification function,the contactless power transfer system to achieve some degree of intelligent, greatly improve the security of the system charge. Using MSP430F149 microcontroller and NRF2401 radio frequency identification chips to achieve the intelligent charging,the experiment shows that,the system has good recognition effect of charge,and can meet the intelligence requirements of the contactless power transfer system.Secondly,MSP430F149-based controllers were then designed a charging switch control circuit, the charging protection circuit, the charge monitoring circuit, and realizes the communication function of upper and lower computer.This paper describes an intelligent charge management system in the main modules of the hardware and software implementation, given the hardware circuit diagram of the main module, programming flowchart and the main functions of the function,the preparation of the charge management system software.This topic will use RFID technology to non-contact power transmission system, in order to achieve system security, control of power transmission, with far-reaching and important value.
