Design And Application Of Practical Course's Simulated Experimental Table For Electrical Control Major

The main research object of this paper is the training simulated experiment table for students who majored in electrical control. In modern society, technical talents with exquisite skills are the cornerstone of social construction. However, nowadays the out-dated training techniques and aging training equipment in many school restrict the student's learning interests and skill level. Therefore, this article start from the specialty of the electrical control, on the basis of reasonable analysis for knowledge which the professional students should know, composite common electrical equipment and those market brand in common use, summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of former training table, design the simulated experiment table which combined relevant application module of common electrical equipment programmable controller (PLC) and frequency converter. The area of this experiment able is small, and the applicability range is wide, moreover, it tightly integrated teaching requirements, so it is suitable for students who majored in electrical control to do the related technical simulated training. This article introduces the design of hardware circuit of the training table, we chose Omron products in PLC, with corresponding module equipment,students application ability could be effectively improved. We also develop related software of PLC for the training table, which has the function of self program coordinating with module, and debugging, application as well as simulated teaching. This article also designed the inverter, and equipped with inverter analysis method. By repeated application, we confirmed the teaching effect of the developed training simulated experiment table is good. By negotiation with relevant education department, it has been recommended application and dissemination in training courses for electric control professional students.
