With the promoting of China's urbanization process, the continuous progress of infrastructure construction is entering a stage of rapid development. Bridge as the important transportation infrastructure which connects space and region, is put in important position in the infrastructure construction of all the cities of China. Because of the uncertainty it encounters, the long construct cycle and the complex craft it needs, especially the span it increases and the new technology it uses in recent years, the high risk it takes, the safety risk control of bridge engineering receives highly attention.Under the background, the paper analyzes the research actuality of safety risk management in domestic and abroad, and presents the theories and methods of dynamic monitoring combined the characteristics of Erqi Bridge. Based on the risk management and safety management theory, the paper designs a dynamic monitoring system of safety risk in the construction process of bridge. First, Delphi method and WBS method for safety risks identification of bridges are used, and safety risks dynamic database is built. Then due to the safety risks of various construction phases, the qualitative method and quantitative method are used to evaluate the overall safety risks, and the treatment measures is put forward. Finally, make special control measures to deal with the serious safety risk factors.The safety detection of structure are taken to follow-up monitoring the significant safety risks in construction process ofⅡ,ⅢSection of Erqi Bridge, and the conclusions and recommendations are transmitted during the construction parties timely, and it makes the safety risk management system standardized.
