Generally speaking, the bridge engineering has the characteristics of large investment, complex structural design, long construction period, complex construction environment, many construction procedures, many influencing factors, large bearing period and long period of operation.China's production safety accident in tunnel engineering and death accidents accounted for more than 60% of the total traffic engineering construction, and the blood of multiple accidents basically occurred in tunnel engineering. In this period of rapid development, the more security problems can not relax. In the rapid development of the construction industry,if the neglect of the construction process safety risk factors identification and prevention, the consequences are enormous.Proved by a large number of theoretical research and practice, although there are a lot of reasons have certain effect for project safety accidents, but the fundamental reason is that the security risk awareness of problems, thus making the safety management system in the management system is not perfect and can not give full play to the role of the implementation stage. In order to solve the problem of safety management,we must start from the root cause and improve the awareness of the safety risk of the project. This paper takes Leya expressway as an example, from the analysis of the project safety risk identification, analysis, evaluation and measures several aspects, firstly introduces the related theoretical knowledge, then according to the specific circumstances of aishun high-speed safety risk identification, analysis, evaluation, according to the safety risk assessment results given the risk response strategy combined with the status quo, safety risk management in China construction project, puts forward some new risk prevention measures.
