With Chinese rapid economic growth, energy consumption continues to be raised. The problem of energy and environmental have become increasingly important. In the past the experience proved that the traditional mode of high input, emission and low efficiency of the growth is unsustainable and must be reversed as soon as possible. Building is the basic of city, but it also consumes a lot of resources of energy. Chinese building energy consumption are very alarming: in the construction and use of direct energy consumption accounted for 20% of the total social energy consumption. According to the development experience of developed countries, this proportion will gradually increase 35%, building energy consumption is likely to become the first energy consume of the China in the near future. This article discusses a method that the variety of new and traditional energy supply can be a combination. The method can be satisfied of the green building requirements.First, this article with the basic model Chinese basic situation to determine the available energy is: grid electricity, gas, geothermal energy and solar energy and analysis of the instability of geothermal energy and uncertainty of solar energy. Secondly the article introduced the DeST, combined with the known energy parameters the software can forecast the energy consumption greatest possible accuracy and refinement. Next, design the system model: because the continuous operation of ground source heat pump may lead to reduced soil heat recovery, the use of ground source heat pump systems run at intervals to ensure the sustainable operation of ground source heat pump and maximize the use of geothermal. In addition, in summer the heat of the condenser of ground source pump heat can also be used by the solar panels to drive hot water absorption chillers. In winter, the solar panel can be directly used. Then set the system's control strategy: in summer run the solar combined with ground-source heat pump systems, ground source heat pump. When the ground-source heat pump need rest the machine stops and run the CCHP. When the ground-source heat pump is rest enough, the machine continues to start. In winter, first use of the solar heating, and then run the ground-source heat pump systems. When the ground-source heat pump need rest the machine stops and run the CCHP .When the ground-source heat pump rest enough, the machine continues to start. The articles complete the software with Labview to monitor the air-conditioning. Finally, the articles designs a diversity energy supply system with the true date and compare the system with the traditional system, ground-source heat pump ,solar system and CCHP.
