With the acceleration of the process of China's rapid economic development and urbanization, many large construction and infrastructure projects have been launched. At the same time, the state has clearly introduced the policy to prohibit the concrete mixing operation in urban areas, which made the concrete pump trucks and other concrete construction machinery increasingly as an indispensable role in the construction. In the actual construction process of the concrete pump, the key factors related to the construction of the work correctly including two sides:concrete pump's pumping performance can meet the construction needs and its ability to meet the operational stability. The operational stability of the concrete pump truck's safety hazards including the following two aspects:On the one hand, in the unfolding process in the Concrete Pump Truck, due to the impact effect of the hydraulic system led to a boom system instability; On the other hand, although the concrete pump is able to withstand the overturning force of the boom system in the expansion process to ensure that the outrigger system in the case of fully expanded in the design process, and there is a certain safety factor, in the actual construction process, due to the limitations of the construction site, concrete pump truck outrigger systems are often not fully expanded, then the ability to meet the operational stability of the concrete pump truck to rely on the construction experience, if you continue with the work, that will lead to the operational stability of the security risks such as a concrete pump truck rollover or sliding.Based on the above-mentioned existence of risks, that does not meet the pumping performance and operational stability in the actual construction process, this research mainly include: According to the characteristic curve of concrete pump and the current concrete construction specifications, using multi-domain modeling language Modelica and modeling platform Mworks to establish a model of the concrete pump vehicle pumps and concrete pipes, composing of concrete pump concrete pumping systems and models, which can be used to detect whether the concrete pump truck to meet the pumping performance requirements. This paper study the working principle of Concrete Pump Truck. Based on the Modelica language and Mworks platform, established professional element and component library of concrete Pump Truck system, and based on these two aspects, built the concrete nib system model, which contain the PD control subsystem and does not contain a control subsystem. By comparison, the analysis of the impact performance of the hydraulic subsystem of concrete pump truck and the inhibition of the control system of hydraulic shock.Study the working principle of the outrigger system of concrete pump truck. Based on Moelica language and Mworks of platform, established professional element and component library of concrete pump truck outrigger subsystem, and based on these, built a concrete pump support leg system and model, and verified the correctness of the outrigger system and model simplied. This article integrated concrete pump truck boom system and outrigger system to get the concrete pump vehicle model, which simulate target is test the operational stability of concrete pump truck. Through the simulation, we can draw the time domain curve of key parameters of concrete pump truck hydraulic subsystem and outrigger reaction curve of outrigger system in the boom deployment process, provide a reference for the design and optimization of the hydraulic system of concrete pump truck, and provide reliable computing standards for operational stability of the construction of concrete pump.
