Aircraft hydraulic system, which is a multi-domain, high complex system, is the typical part of Aircraft. Its good performance is an important guarantee for the safe flight of the airplane. The design and system integration process of Aircraft hydraulic system must be comprehensive consideration of the coupling relationship between hydraulic system, mechanical system, control system etc, however, traditional design methods can not consider the impact of multi-system coupling situation of the hydraulic system, can only carry on the static power calculation. In order to accurate assessment and analysis the configuration scheme and work characteristics of system, it is very necessary to build the multi-domain functional prototype model and simulation analysis for aircraft hydraulic system. The paper has been studied the multi-domain functional prototype modeling and simulation for one aircraft hydraulic system based on Modelica. The main work of this paper includes the following:Firstly, the main technology of Modelica are described, then the characteristics of the modeling language Modelica and the running mechanism of model is analyzed, also the kind modeling process used Modelica is proposed; the composition and principle of aircraft hydraulic system are introducted. In order to modeling and simulation, this paper divides aircraft hydraulic system into hydraulic energy system, integrated management control system and hydraulic user system.Secondly, according to the relationship between aircraft hydraulic system, the architecture of the functional prototype for aircraft hydraulic system is designed; Hydraulic components are built based on their mathematical model in MWorks using Modelica, By system integration, this paper constructs the functional prototype of hydraulic energy system, integrated management control system, and hydraulic user system based on components have been established. And then, these three system models are combined into a complete functional prototype model of aircraft hydraulic system on the basis of the system architecture.Thirdly, model validation of components and systems which have been established for function and principle is carried on, by comparing the simulation results and the theoretical calculations to verify the correctness of the functional prototype model, and also to ensure the validity and the confidence level of the simulation models.Finally, the simulation research for one new aircraft hydraulic system of a variety of conditions has been carried on based on the functional prototype, and then compared with experimental data and simulation results, demonstrating the validity of the HIMC control logic and rationality of the hydraulic system configuration scheme. Then, the paper analyses the working characteristics of hydraulic system with the work load changing, also carries out analysis and optimization of PTU key parameters, and achieves good results. The research result, in the process of the design of new aircraft hydraulic system, has played a supporting role.
