With the rapid development of national economy, the improvement of people’s livingstandards, high-rise building arises at the historic moment, in the city, various types of tallbuildings have sprung up. High-rise building conforms to the people’s living environment,information, entertainment, education and other aspects of the requirements, so it rapiddevelops in the21st century. The high-rise residential building, that it provides safe,comfortable, high efficiency and energy safe living environment, has been more and more thepopulor to people and became a main way of living. A good high-rise residential buildings, toprovide good living environment for residents at the same time, must ensure that residents ofelectricity safety and reliability.So research on how to determine the high-rise residentialbuilding electrical design scheme, to guarantee the system security, stability, economicoperation, is important.The research based on Shan An Zhu Que1#high-rise residential building, combinedwith high-rise residential building electrical design, high-rise residential lighting, powersupply and distribution and lightningproof grounding system is discussed, including thechoice of lamps and lanterns to decorate, the scheme of power supply and distribution systemof wire selection, layout of switch and socket, the design of the lightning protection andgrounding types of choice.In lighting system design, according to different functions and features of the room,select the best lighting source, according to the requirements of the national standard ofilluminance, Using coefficient method of illuminance calculation, determine the number oflamps and lanterns and lamps and lanterns decorate plan to provide residents a comfortablelighting environment. Power supply and distribution system design based on the nature of thehigh-rise residential load to determine the load rating and combine the characteristics of theproject,system size and requirements of party a to the power supply,system power supplyscheme is determined. The original data according to the system and architecture, structureand design data of water and warm, using electricity load demand factor method statisticsystem data,get the necessary calculation data for system design. According to the datadistribution scheme and system environment and cooperating with the engineeringcharacteristics to choose power supply and distribution network cable types, installation methods, number and cross-sectional area. According to the features of different room,arrange the switch and socket. Lightningproof grounding design based on dividing thebuilding lightning protection class of lightning protection specification high-rise residentialproperties determine the building lightning protection level and set up correspondinglightning flash measures and choose safe and reliable grounding types.
