The Research On Productive Landscape Practices In The Stage Of China's Rapid Urbanization

Urbanization is an irreversible historical stage of the development of human society to this day. Its appearance is no accident, but inevitable outcome of social development. And it is a socio-economic process of the population migration from rural to urban. However with the urbanization highly developed, the scale of urban land expansion is gradually accelerating and making a direct result of peri-urban area of agricultural land are occupied. China is a large agricultural country since ancient times and agriculture has always been considered to be the world steadily and the hearts of strategic industry. This particular situation determines the rapid urbanization will have a significant impact on agricultural production and people's lives. To meet the demands of urban development and also to ensure agricultural production as normal, we must deal with the relationship between urban and agricultural, so that both of them could have a stable and healthy development.In this article, the current situation, problems and needs of our country's urbanization and agricultural development are studied. Author proposed that the development of productive landscape is one of the effective ways of balancing the relationship between urban and agricultural development and resolving the social contradictions. This article focused on the origins, characteristics and development of productive landscape. It specially had a thorough discussion on the development issues and needs of urbanization and agriculture. And it also detailed how the productive of landscape solved these needs and problems. Including how to solve the issues of ecology and environment, how to deal with the problems of the sustainable development of society, how to solve the loss of urban culture, how to reduce the pollution area of farmland, how to deal with the problems of food supply and security, and how to solve the issues of the employment of rural surplus labor and so on. This article also analyzed some more representative examples of the domestic and foreign productive landscape. In conclusion, it based on the experience of these cases, and also put forward the significance of the development of productive landscapes and the development proposals in different regions of China's urban and rural.Productive landscape integrated with the productive labor and the fruits of labor, with the life, culture, and significant material output, is a long-term inheritance of the landscape. Although the development of productive landscape is still in its infancy, but its advantages determine that it will play an important role in the process of balancing urban and rural development. In the stage of rapid development of urbanization in China, productive landscape will be more important in practice.
