Application Study On Quality Management System Of Test Laborotary Project In Automotive Component Industry

With the rapid development of China's Automotive Industry, manyautomobile-relative laboratories, especially those in automotive componentfield are needed to improve their internal quality management and technicalability in order to get international approval, and to meet the requirement ofthe global automotive industry development in the future. In the mean time,the domestic market competition requires the laboratories to establish aproject quality management system according to the international standard,thus to improve the technology and the quality of the work, to assure thelaboratories can provide high-quality&effective service to the enterprise andthe society with scientific means and exact results.This dissertation discusses the purpose, significance and correlativetheory of setting up quality management system in the automotive componentlaboratory project. It expatiates the development of laboratory accreditationhome and abroad, introduces the international standard "General requirementfor the competence of testing and calibration laboratories", introduces thestatus of local and overseas quality management system, organizationstandard and organization system in laboratory project, lays an emphasis onestablishing the organization standard and structure, quality management andapproval requirement in the automotive component laboratory project whichthe author's working for.The CTFS Test Laboratory Project is chosen as the research objective inthis dissertation. The author constructs the organization system of thelaboratory, compiles the quality management system of the laboratory, which improves the internal quality management and technical ability, thus raises thecompetitive position in the automotive component industry for the enterprise.Also, this dissertation would have a reference to the establishment of qualitymanagement system in laboratory project in automotive component industry.
