| The automobile synchronizer hub is an important part of an automobiletransmission. But the burr occurring in the process has seriously influenced theassemble precision and performance of synchronizer hub for a long time. So researchand solving the burr problem of Eaton synchronizer hub during the thinned shapercutting process, performing research on the deburring technology, that becomes thecompany technological project.Be based on the investigation and research of deburring technology at home andabroad, and according to the analysis on gear shaping process and structurecharacteristic of the part, which concludes the cause and the pattern of burr. Afteranalyzing the feasibility of the task in the part's structure design, process design andmachining method, an appropriate way for deburring was found out, a combined gearshaper cutter. On this basis, we designed the combined gear shaper cutter in structureand parameter, and design the tool setting apparatus of combined gear shaper cutter.Lastly, through the cutting experiment of synchronizer hub, we researched theinfluence of cutting parameter and cutter material on burr. After analyzing theconclusion of the experiment, we improved the cutter parameter of it, and solved theproblem about the burr occurring in the thinned shaper cutting process, whichachieved good economic benefits. |
