The automobile synchronizer is a mechanical device to solve the problem that the engine speed and gearbox speed do not match when the automobile is shifting.The gear ring is one of the important parts of the synchronizer,and its manufacturing quality directly affects the shift performance of the automobile.The online manufacturing quality parameters to the ring gear of automobile synchronizer detection and control requirements for the object,for the development of online monitoring system for manufacturing quality parameters of gear production quality management process of product manufacturing of automobile synchronizer ring gear,to reduce labor intensity and production operators to improve product quality and production efficiency of consistency.The main research work and research conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)The product quality monitoring requirements and monitoring process of the synchronizer gear production in a factory in Ganzhou are analyzed;The main parameters of on-line detection and control of the tooth ring are the inner diameter,the outer diameter,the runout of the end face,the radial runout and the M value;The change law of the detection parameters is analyzed,and the online monitoring system scheme of the gear ring manufacturing quality parameters is determined.(2)On the basis of the design of the on-line monitoring system for the quality parameters of the gear ring,the system function analysis and detection method are determined,and the mechanical structure design? sensor selection? signal processing and communication design of the system are designed.The structure and software and hardware of the on-line monitoring system for the quality parameters of the gear ring are constructed.(3)the application of statistical analysis process(SPC)method,model and algorithm of median statistic to establish the ring gear manufacturing quality parameters and variance,the upper and lower limits of 3 Sigma and the main element analysis and the corresponding evaluation criteria system;according to the requirement of the project,the function modules,data flow analysis and data processing the algorithm design,using LabVIEW to develop the corresponding gear manufacturing quality on-line monitoring system parameters and positioning software,signal detection and processing system,workpiece conveying and clamping combination,established the ring gear manufacturing quality parameters onlinemonitoring system.(4)The in-situ monitoring and analysis of the on-line monitoring system for the quality parameters of the gear ring developed in this paper is analyzed and compared with the original manual monitoring.It shows that the system developed in this paper basically realizes the functional requirements produced by the manufacturer,and the efficiency of manual monitoring is increased by more than 50%,and the consistency of product quality can be doubled.It can provide an effective on-line monitoring means for the product quality management of the production process of the gear ring manufacturing enterprise of the automobile synchronizer.
