The operating room was established to reduce infection rates during surgery as much as possible, while the control key is to avoid postoperative infection rates during the operation wound infection. Therefore, many countries have carried out depth studies, got some achievement, enacted their own operating room criterion, greatly promoted the development of clean operating room technology. Depending on the construction of the operating room building project examples, this article introduces detail design construction and optimization measures of operating room's clean air conditioning system, considering stage I operating room's, return air orifice can not be continuous and symmetrical arranged in center, uses CFD technolo-gy to simulate the corresponding conditions Indoor air conditions, gets the optimum design measures and the best operating conditions, compares the operating room's testing result with the simulation result and finds the results very close. Depending on the Comparison result, studuies shadowless lamp's impact for the air flow simulates the dynamic parameters of the indoor case.Simulation results show that the air supply velocity is significantly effect on the indoor air condition, when the outlets non-symmetrically arrange, the working face velocity can reach to 0.27m/s as soon as the air supply velocity reaching to 0.43m/s, which is larger than the experience value of 0.39-0.42m/s. Shadowless lamp is significantly effect on the indoor air condition, under certain conditions, the setting height of the shadowless lamp is higher dimensions is smaller, it's impact on the beneath airflow is smaller, when the shadowless lamp with streamlined design on the upper surface, it's air flow is better than when the upper surface is the plane.When the shadowless lamp with streamlined design, its diameter less than 600mm, the vortex height under the shadowless lamp is less than the 0.5m, in the other word, its impact on the work area is relatively small when the shadowless lamp mounting height is larger than 0.5m. When the air speed of 0.43m/s, the Affected areas Of particle pollutants distributed from staffs is smaller than the surrounding area, the particle density is reduced to 10/L in the area of 15cm away from the body, while the particle density is reduced to 10/L in the surrounding area of 50cm away from the body, which proved that the local air supply for maintaining the cleanliness of the key area is obvious.
