Since the start of21st century, because of the increasing of air pollution, therequire of quality of air is getting higher and higher. The time of people live indooris80%, so the indoor environmental influences on human health is more important.While the air conditioning system’s main objective is to create a healthy,comfortable indoor environments. But with the deepening study on particulatepollution, particulates harm has become the main problem to the human body. Thisability to adjust the air-conditioning system on indoor air quality presented a newround of challenges.Paper take a air conditioning room of a college graduate office in the season ofsummer as physical object to simulate three species airflow organization way forsimulation calculation on air conditioning room by using commercial softwareFLUENT. We use k model and set up a three-dimensional model of velocityfield and temperature field. By studding the distribution of various parameters to getthree species airflow organization respective of advantages and disadvantages. Atthe same time, the paper established a physical model that with equivalentpenetration particles real sources of air conditioning room, simulated trajectory andconcentration distribution of the particulate pollutant in the air conditioning roomunder different airflow organization and analyze the influence of particle size on theparticle concentration distribution. Airpak can display the results of a simulationsymbolically and quick,what makes it easy to extracts data and compare analysis.The result shows that, aiming at the room in this paper, the mode of ventilationthat opposite side upper supply and bottom return mode would cause short-cut of airflow, so it is unreasonable. The same side upper supply and bottom return mode andbottom supply and upper return mode are body-conforming and meet therequirement of design code. And same side upper supply and bottom return mode is better when consider discharging the fomite granule from outdoor to improve thecleanliness of indoor air, and bottom supply and upper return mode is againstdischarging the fomite granule to outdoor, especially granule the bigger size.
