Today, the cities are in rapid development process, the targets are the modern civilized metropolis. Traffic is the hub of a city, develop bus rapid transit (BRT) is the inevitable choice of China's urbanization process. Urban rapid transit system (BRT) is a new kind of urban public transportation modes, because of its advantages, including less investment, the period of construction is short, the environment pollution is small, transportation efficiency is high,the BRT system is popularized in Chinese cities. But the research on BRT system started late in China, currently the research has not been formed comparatively perfect theory system, research hotspots are mainly concentrated in line planning and design, communication ability analysis, operation management mode, public transport vehicle technology and foreign experience, etc., all of bus rapid transit operation speed overall planning research is less.Bus signal priority and bus lane implementation of such measures, guaranteed the rapid transit barrier-free fast operation, also avoid the interference of the social vehicles, is relatively common BRT bus have larger speed advantages. But the public transportation signal priority strategy in Europe get a certain degree of popularization and application, but in other regions and domestic are still at the experimental application stage, and didn't get a large-scale promotion implementation. Bus signal priority strategy for the implementation of the intersection of the whole will influence the quality of traffic, and signal and delayed conversion in advance, can cause drivers produce waiting for anxiety and fluky psychology will be unsafe.This paper, bus rapid transit vehicles in plane of the time delay the intersection, make ideas proposed by control bus rapid transit vehicles in adjoining the intersection of two plane between running speed to achieve rapid transit vehicles pass plane crossroads, eliminate bus rapid transit vehicles in plane intersection delay the time waiting for traffic lights, so as to achieve rapid bus site-site of rail transit operation mode. This topic research results on domestic BRT system in solving fast buses in the intersection of the delays plane has certain directive significance, offers the possibility for follow-up study.
