In the northwest, alpine, the large temperature difference, strong radiation, drying, big wind and sand, alkali corrosion environment make severe weather in concrete structures of drought-wet change, change of temperature, alkali corrosion, freeze-thaw cycle, wind erosion and so on many kinds of natural factors, accumulate over a long period, under the action of the concrete structure susceptible to erosion, crack disease. For pier concrete, the cracks and eroding light person can affect structure performance, accelerate corrosion of reinforcement, reduce the durability of structures; That would endanger the safety of the structure. Therefore, the study of concrete repair methods, pier technology and materials, and take effective protection technology to prevent concrete environmental erosion, maintain the performance of concrete to improve the durability of the concrete structure and service life has the important practical significance.Although for the concrete crack repair research at home and abroad, from aspects of material, construction has accumulated some technology, but under special environment maintenance to northwest of materials and technology pier, experimental study still lacks the system pier concrete repair is a contains multi-layer of complex system, choosing the right concrete materials and technology is the basis of concrete and repairing. Concrete diseases, cloth reinforcing maintenance of materials CFRP, glass fiber cloth, tarpaulins, etc for common materials, mortar class of materials, epoxy mortar, c milk for common materials the mortar. At present stickup fiber cloth for repair and brick pier concrete cracking mortar after such repair of the durability of the research is less. Therefore, this article mainly for carbon fiber cloth, glass fiber cloth, composite waterproof cloth, modified epoxy mortar, c milk mortar repair the pier concrete compressive strength, flexural strength, the shear strength, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and freeze resistance, penetration-proof quality experiment research, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) With CFRP repair and glass fiber cloth repair plan after the repairing concrete, concrete flexural strength and impact toughness than benchmark concrete are improved, glass fiber cloth repair and composite waterproof cloth repairing concrete shear strength improved; But three repair scheme after repairing concrete compressive strength slightly lower than the benchmark concrete; Compound waterproof cloth repaired the flexural strength decrease, carbon fiber cloth after repairing concrete shear strength decreased. (2) CFRP repair, glass fiber cloth repair and composite waterproof cloth after repairing concrete of wear-resisting degree, anti-chloride ion permeability and anti-freeze properties are higher than the benchmark concrete, including CFRP repairing concrete wear-resisting performance and anti-freeze properties of composite waterproof cloth, best the anti-chloride ion penetration performance is the best.(3) With modified epoxy mortar and c milk mortar repair scheme after repairing concrete, concrete flexural strength and impact toughness are improved; But the two repair scheme after repairing concrete shear strength and compressive strength slightly lower than the benchmark concrete.(4) Modified epoxy mortar repair and c milk mortar after repairing concrete anti-chloride ion permeability and anti-freeze properties are higher than the benchmark concrete. Modified epoxy mortar after repairing concrete improve anti-chloride ion penetration is obvious, and third milk mortar after repairing concrete anti-freeze capability increase was quite obvious. Modified epoxy mortar after repairing concrete, wear-resisting degree increase was bigger, but c milk mortar can't improve concrete wear-resisting degree.
