Up to now,the masonry structures in the existing buildings are more common,and all of them have the characteristics of insufficient mechanical properties.Due to the long-term action of environment,load and other factors,most of them already have insufficient bearing capacity,wall instability and other phenomena,so the structure itself is very fragile and needs to be strengthened and repaired,and many existing masonry structures are located in the earthquake area,but in recent years,our country is in the period of frequent earthquakes,the integrity and seismic resistance of masonry structures are poor,such as the impact of strong earthquakes,serious damage will inevitably occur.Through the corresponding reinforcement and repair measures,to ensure that the structure can be used normally within a certain period of time,and to study the mechanical properties and reinforcement technology of brick masonry structure.To a certain extent,it provides theoretical reference and has great significance of engineering practice and theoretical research.Reinforcement method of cement mortar surface layer with steel mesh is one of the commonly used reinforcement techniques for masonry structures.However,in order to put forward scientific and effective reinforcement countermeasures and promote the healthy development of the industry,in view of the development and application of cement-based grouting materials in recent years,it is proposed that cement-based acrylic emulsion mortar instead of traditional ordinary mortar combined with reinforced mesh layer to strengthen masonry structures has become a new way in the field of reinforcement.Six T-brick walls are made,and the T-brick masonry structure is strengthened by steel mesh combined with acrylic mortar and ordinary mortar respectively.The results of the static test are as follows: the reinforcement effect of the combined steel mesh with different cooperation ratio is analyzed,and the mechanical property of the mixed steel mesh is compared with the normal mortar under the same strength ratio,and the economic benefit of the new type of reinforced mortar combined with the reinforced net is comprehensively considered.Based on the scheme and objective of the test research,the simulation and analysis of different models of the six-piece T-type brick wall by using the non-linear finite element software ANSYS,the comparison of the results of the theoretical simulation and the results of the test,can be found to be in good agreement with the conclusion.And thenthe test data and the phenomena can be analyzed and summarized,and the stress performance of different reinforcing effects can be analyzed.The matching of the new type of mortar with the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the existing sandwich wall is discussed,and the effectiveness and the economy of the mortar-reinforced masonry wall are discussed.
