Small loader is an international small-scale construction machinery, one of the popular products in the world construction machinery market , especially used a large number. in China and other developing countries and regions.Loader drive axle is an important component of small loaders, an important part of overall performance of small loader. Small loader's overall figure is small, structure is compact, so the loader drive axle is more complex and compact, the whole parts such as engine, cab, boom, tank, panels, etc. are based on drive axle as a load-bearing basis. Therefore, whether the structure of small loader drive axle is reasonable, the strength to meet the operating conditions, is a valuable research topic.The topics takes the front drive axle ZLQ20A of LW18 Series small loader, a product of XCMG xuzhou xugong Special Construction Machinery Co., for the study, use the world's leading large-scale general-purpose finite element analysis software ANSYS, according to the actual operating conditions small loader drive axle, establish finite element analysis model to determine each typical operating condition of the drive axle load and analyze, master displacement and stress distribution of various parts of the master drive axle, study axle strength and reliability of small loader drive axle overall, through the finite element analysis of the small load machine drive axle, it provide a scientific basis and practical foundation for the determining of the parameters on the structural parts of the same type product for the company, for improving the system dynamic and static performance, for reducing costs, also provide theory basis for the future development of new products and design.
