Research About The Transformation And Utilization Of Abandoned Railways In Zhejiang Province Based On The Theory Of Greenway

Because of the urban space spreading, railway electrification or the existing lines changing and the special rail transport of the factory abandoned, a large number of abandoned railways had been produced in many cities, which was set in today's rapid progress of urbanization and the rapid development of railway construction. How to deal with these abandoned railways and develop their potential value is an urgent task, which is many cities faced in the process of urban planning and construction.Taking the abandoned railways as the object, this research carries out the active exploration for the abandoned railways in the construction of ecological city, which provides a kind of new pattern and practice method to transform and utilize the abandoned railways in landscape ecology terms. This research tries to together the potential regeneration, historic value and landscape features about the abandoned railways with recreational needs of people and builds up the planning and designing models to transform and utilize the abandoned railways, which can provide a reference and the formulation for the planning of land using in Zhejiang Province and others.The findings of this research can be concluded as follows:1.It summarizes some supporting theoreies about the transformation and utilization of abandoned railways as the theory of greenway,ecological restoration about brown field,landscape ecology and natural erosion.2.It summarizes the method and type of transforming and utilizing the present abandoned railways, through the analysis and generalization about the existing theroies and practice of abandoned railways.3.Learnning from the theory and practice about"rails to trails",this research generalizes six factors and three models in the process of transforming and utilizing the abandoned railways through the theory of greenway deduction and applied.4. It summarizes its types, landscape structure features and existing transformation and utilization methods about abandoned railways in Zhejiang Province through Survey and analysis of its present state. Then, the author use the six factors and three models,which were generalized on the above, for the planning practice in typical sections of Zhejiang Province. Then, we will get it.
