By the hands of balanced development of energy, water resources is a traditional and regrew clean energy. At the same time is a traditional water resources, renewable clean energy, so whether from the water as the basic energy resources or as a strategic point of view, China's current stage of water needed to develop hydropower. And necessarily involves the construction of water conservancy energy dissipation facilities, the spillway is the main energy dissipation facilities in its design relates to the safety of the water conservancy project.
