A Study On Overall Design Of Landing Craft

Carrier landing craft is important equipment in dock landing ship. Carrier landing craft in amphibious warfare played a key role, and its performance will affect the outcome of the amphibious warfare. Because of congenital defects, old flat-bottomed barge landing craft will not meet the development requirements of the war. Foreign navies are actively developing new transformable high-speed carrier landing craft. This paper presents a high-speed carrier landing craft hull design. Hope to give some help to the development of equipment of China's navy.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Describe the developing status of carrier landing craft. Summarize the design features and requirements of carrier landing craft.(2)Propose an overall design of transformable High-speed carrier landing craft. Discuss some basic elements in the landing craft design, such as ship form, propulsion, construction materials and so on. And introduce the design of the landing craft's main dimensions, lines design, general arrangement, etc.(3)Introduce the technology of digital ship model. Make the digital ship model of the designed landing craft in Napa software. Analyze and calculate the float and stability of the designed landing craft in Napa software.(4)Estimate the speed of the designed landing craft separately in catamaran mode and barge mode. And estimate the speed of the designed landing craft in shallow water. Analyze the processes of beaching and backing beach and assess the performance of the designed landing craft in the processes.(5)Propose the design of the connecting bridge structure of the main hull. Check the connecting bridge's structural strength in accordance with China Classification Society "Marine High Speed Craft Rules for the Construction and Classification". Propose the design of the hydraulic system lifting system of the floating deck, design to hydraulic implement devices, design hydraulic circuit program, select the main hydraulic components, calculate the main parameters of the hydraulic system when the system works, and check the performance of the system.
