Simulation is an important means to design, demonstrate and assess a gas turbine. Turbine is the core component of gas turbine, the changes of its performance have a decisive impact on the overall performance of gas turbines. In order to solve the question that a certain type of three-axis turbine can not be studied in the overall performance of gas turbine by the means of simulation because of lacking of a complete turbine characteristics, the paper includes the followings:1) Based on a reliable loss model in turbine cascade and the known properties of geometric parameters of the turbine model, the loss calculation program and the turbine characteristic program are compiled by C language computer program, used the MEX interface to establish the dynamic link library between the C language program and MATLAB software. And the calculation interface of turbine characteristic has also produced. And the accurate general characteristics of the turbine had been obtained through the computer program.2) The paper has established the nonlinear mathematical model of over-hall gas turbine system and each component. In MATLAB/SIMULINK platform applied modular modeling to establish a general simulation module. And then establish the gas turbine system simulation model. The characteristic of compressor used BP neural network fitting to process, and the characteristic of turbine calculated using C language computer program.3) According to the established simulation model, calculated the variable steady-state simulation conditions, and also researched the variable conditions of gas turbine dynamic simulation, and the discipline of variable condition(involves the process of acceleration and deceleration) of the gas turbine plants which based on open-loop control and closed-loop control, and the discipline of gas turbine operation variation with piecewise linear supply, it is mainly to prevent or reduce the overshoot of the initial temperature of gas.
