As energy and environmental problems intensify,new energy-saving technologies are emerging.Among measures to deal with environmental and energy problems,integrated energy systems have been widely used for their high-efficiency advantages.As a common power generation module of a comprehensive energy system,a gas turbine unit has an important impact on the energy utilization efficiency of the entire system.Ensuring the efficient and stable operation of gas turbines is of great significance for the stable operation and optimal design of gas turbines in integrated energy systems.This article takes the V94 series gas turbines commonly used in integrated energy systems as the research object,and studies its optimal operating conditions and operating parameters.The modular modeling idea is used to model the gas turbine and build a simulation model.The simulation model is subjected to variable operating conditions to study its dynamic characteristics,and an intelligent optimization algorithm is used to find the maximum output power of the gas turbine,the maximum efficiency of the unit,and the optimal component.Working conditions.The specific research work is as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of Siemens V94 series gas turbine intermediate compressor,combustion chamber and turbine,and based on the working principle of each component,the corresponding mathematical model is established.The models of compressors and turbines are both non-linear,and the coefficients in the literature are used to model them.The combustion chamber is modeled according to the law of conservation of mass and energy.(2)According to the mathematical model,use Fortran language to write simulation program modules for each component of the gas turbine,and build a simulation model of the overall system of the gas turbine on the simulation platform.By adding step disturbances to the inlet guide vane angle of the compressor,ambient temperature,external load,and compressor efficiency,simulation experiments were performed on the gas turbine to study the dynamic response characteristics of the gas turbine unit power and unit efficiency,and the above-mentioned disturbance quantities were analyzed.The effect of changes on the output parameters of gas turbine units.(3)Using two different intelligent optimization algorithms,particle swarm optimization and chaos particle swarm optimization,to establish a gas turbine optimization model and optimize the calculation of gas turbine operating parameters to obtain the maximum unit power and maximum unit efficiency of the system during operation.Analyze and compare the optimization of the two algorithms.The results show that the chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm is more adaptive to the optimization of the gas turbine model.
