With the develepment of the power electronics technology, large integrated circuits and advanced control theory, what's more, the increasing scarcity of energy, the research of high-performance speed control system is of great significance. As the born of vector control. AC motor get good control performance that can be compared with DC motor's control performance. The induction motor is widely used in the production because of its excellent performance, but in the high-performance vector control of induction motor speed control system is not suitable to install the speed sensor in many occasions. In order to expand the application range of induction motor speed control system, so the research of the speed sensorless vector control of induction motor is necessary.This thesis takes in-depth analysis of induction motor mathematical model in the different frame of axis. The coordinate transform is used for a decoupling of induction motor mathematical model. By the rotor field oriented constructed speed sensorless vector control system of induction motor. Based on the principle of model reference adaptive system (MRAS) for speed estimation, and the estimated speed is as the feedback value of the vector control system. To improve the performance of this system, a method of on-line stator resistance estimation is implemented using fuzzy control schemes. Based on the schemes, a simulation model of speed sensorless vector control for induction motor is built in MATLAB 7.10/SIMULINK and the results have shown effectiveness of this system.This thesis design a hardware of speed sensorless vector control system for induction motor based on TMS320F2812 DSP, completed and debugged the hardware circuit. The modular design of hardware circuit makes clarity of circuit structure. There are some protection circuits to improve the reliability of the control system, including overvoltage, phase loss fault detection and so on. The software of control system is in accordance with simulation model, and draw the corresponding flow chart of software modules. In order to improve programming efficiency, hybrid programming of C language and assembly language is used. What's more, the use of modular software design makes the process easy change and transplantation. And CCS 3.1 software is used for debugging. In addition, debugged the hardware and software, and given the oscilloscope waveform.
