In recent years,due to the mass production and use of traditional automobiles,the oil resources consumed by fuels are increasing day by day,and petroleum resources are a resource that cannot be regenerated.Therefore,research on new energy vehicles has become a hot research topic.Through extensive reading of Chinese and foreign literatures,the thesis studies the motor speed control in electric vehicles.Since the motor is the core power component of electric vehicles,the quality of the motor control will directly affect the driving performance and driving safety of the car.Excellent motor control will give the driver a good driving experience,so the control of the motor has important research significance in practical applications.At present,the proportion of production and sales of pure electric vehicles accounts for the vast maj ority of new energy vehicles.Due to the high power factor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,compact structure,small size and small mass,the integrated control performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is excellent.The selection of permanent magnet synchronous motors in the type of motor for vehicles has become a trend in the development of automotive motors.After conducting in-depth study and research,the thesis has carried out research work on the PMSM speed sensorless control system based on fuzzy MRAS.The main work contents and innovations are as follows:(1)In this paper,the control method combining vector control and intelligent control is selected,and the control strategy of id=0 is selected.Through the study of three space vector coordinate systems,the transformation formula and inverse transformation of space vector coordinate transformation are derived,which realizes the decoupling of motor control.Through the research of three-phase voltage inverter,the effective vector generated in different switching modes is approximated to the ideal stator flux circle,and then the space vector pulse width modulation is designed.And realize the model establishment of several space vector coordinate system transformation and space vector pulse width modulation in Matlab/Simulink.(2)The PI parameters in the traditional motor control are static,and the running state of the motor will change during the actual running of the motor.Therefore,the traditional PI control often cannot meet the needs of actual control.The introduction of fuzzy control allows the PI parameters to be continuously adjusted as the system operates,so the stability and robustness of the system are enhanced,and the overall control performance of the motor is improved.And the system simulation model based on traditional motor control is established.The speed control loop ASR in the motor control is optimized by the fuzzy control algorithm.Therefore,the motor control simulation system model with fuzzy control output is obtained.(3)In the motor control,it is necessary to rely on the motor’s speed sensor to detect the motor speed signal,but the sensor sometimes makes the feedback speed information not accurate due to its many factors.Even the speed information obtained under the condition of large system interference deviates from the actual speed of the motor.Therefore,a speed sensorless control system is designed in this paper.By using the parallel model reference adaptive system,by defining the control model of the motor body as the reference model,the model with the same physical meaning output and with the rotor speed identification parameters is constructed as an adjustable model.Through the study of Popov’s theory of hyperstability,the adaptive rate of stability is obtained,so that the difference between the adjustable model and the reference model approaches zero by the adjustment of the adaptive rate.The corresponding simulation system was also built in the software and its control performance was verified.Further research has found that some system parameters will change or fluctuate while the motor is running.Therefore,based on the system paper,an optimization design method is proposed to realize the real-time tuning of the system parameters of the motor without speed sensor control.By constructing a simulation control system in Simulink and verifying the motor control performance when there is torque change,speed change and stator resistance change.(4)Finally,the paper obtained the data of a car driving through my internship experience in a project of BMW Brilliance.By introducing the data into the system,the comprehensive control effect was verified by comparative analysis.Finally,the expected control effect is obtained,the significance of the research is realized,the robustness of the system is significantly enhanced,and the control performance of the system is comprehensively improved.
