Active vibration control technology is an effective way to inhibit structural vibration, controller is an important part of the active vibration control system, In the process of active vibration control, the effect depends largely on the control signal given by the controller, therefore, to study on the controller particularly necessary.In this paper, miniaturization of the active vibration control system has been studied, the hardware platform used to carry out the process of active vibration control has been designed based on High-performance DSP chip TMS320F2812 produced by TI company, it is convenient to make the design to be modularized thus simplified the peripheral circuits because of its rich on-chip peripherals. Hardware circuits mainly include charge amplifier circuit,signal conditioning circuit,power source circuit,clock circuit,external memory circuit,reset circuit,A/D converter circuit,DA converter circuit and so on, the issues related to working principle,design ideas and chip selection of each part of the hardware are described. The schematic drawing, the design of PCB, the produce of circuit board and the hardware debug are completed, each functional module of the hardware has been transferred through.Furthermore, the active vibration control LMS algorithm has been researched, the algorithm is applied to the active vibration control system designed in this paper, so the software is finished, finally, the process to compile, debug and analysis with the algorithm is completed in CCS that is a kind of software development environment belong to DSP.Based on the hardware and software of the active vibration control system, active vibration control experiment is carried out using fixed beam as the object. During the experiment, the single-frequency and mixed-frequency are used as excitation signal, and the control effects of multi-point are observed, the results showed that the maximum vibration attenuation up to 42dB. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the hardware platform and the control algorithm designed in this paper.
