The rapid development of market economy and China's major coastal city to accelerate the process of economic integration, cross sea bridge in China is becoming the major coastal city in close contact with the best channel.At present our country cross sea bridge is the main characteristics of long distance marine construction, the main difficulty in crossing sea bridge project scale, huge quantity; construction is located in offshore environment, work environment is bad, by the wind, fog, thunderstorm, cold waves, tides and currents influence, number of working days, and the period is short; the disposable equipment requirements for National People's Congress, its construction, operation and economic rationality is very high. Because the bridge spanning the sea most of ocean section is a non-navigable span, therefore, how in the limited time limit for a project, quality requirements are very high, safe completion of a large number of non-navigable span task of the construction of cross-sea bridge construction has become one of the important problems.The Qingdao Bay Bridge in North China is cold waters first super large sea bridge engineering, the main line is about 26.707km, wherein the non-navigable span bridge a total length of 24.19km, and large-scale adoption of 60m cross integral hoisting and segmental hoisting construction scheme. Taking the bridge 60 m non navigable Kong Duanqiao construction as the background, research of Large Concrete Box Beam Precast, transport, hoisting construction technology. This paper describes the various possible suitable for cross sea bridge non-navigable span construction technology, including the construction characteristics and key construction technology, and on this basis, combined with the Qingdao bay bridge location and natural environment to the construction technique request, we use 60m cross integral hoisting and segmental hoisting scheme, combined with engineering the detailed study of large concrete box beam prefabricated reinforced engineering, template engineering, concrete engineering, prestressed engineering, grouting process quality control points; analysis of large tonnage box girder yard transport machinery and equipment, construction organization; elaborated the 60m box girder transportation and installation of the construction technology and quality control points. Practice shows that, through strict quality control, the Qingdao Bay Bridge in 60 m prestressed concrete box girder precast construction, regardless of their internal quality and appearance quality to achieve the desired effect. Construction safety, orderly and controllable quality. This research can be further enriched the sea bridge construction experience, make domestic sea grew up in bridge construction technology of further expansion.
