The exist and develop of human society is based on the energy sources, it is the power of social and economic development. The needs of world's energy are increasing, a new type,cleaning,efficient renewable energy will be the effective way to solve the problem of energy crisis. The most widely used of two kinds of renewable energy is wind and solar energy, the advantage of these energy is wide distribution,inexhaustible and green non-pollution, but these energy have the defect of energy density low and poor stability. This paper development and reserach the wind-solar hybrid generation system through the advantage and defect of wind and solar energy, it has important significance for the development of social, economic and environmental protection.This paper based on the grid-connected wind-solar hybrid generation system project by institute of Hunan electric power company. Design and development a system which is constitute with 2KW wind generation system and 5KW solar generation system. Introduce structure and operating principle of the grid-connected wind-solar hybrid generation system. Then design wiring connection drawing of the system. Analyze the grid-connected operation process of wind-solar hybrid generation system emphatically, introduce several working modes of grid-connected inverter which affect the grid-connected process. Testify rationality of the system by real data of the monitoring.Research the principle and algorithm of grid-connected wind-solar hybrid generation system maximum power point tracking, using the slope variable-step hill climbing algorithm to track the maximum power point of wind power system, then tracking the maximum power point by modification start voltage point and rated power voltage point of wind power grid inverter, the real data of the monitoring system verify availability of these method; Tracking the maximum power point of solar power system by construct fuzzy control algorithm with MATLAB SIMULINK, then modeling and simulation the solar power system, simulation results show that these method obtain better effect in maximum power point tracking.
