Jia qiaoshi hub is located in the Hang guang town, Ying de City, GuangDong, built in 1971.The hub is 16.4km away form the Huang maoxia hub and situated in the right side of the dam and located in the complex geological structure of Karst region. There are substantive of karstic channel and tunnel under the dam site and hub. Due to the hub is out of repair for long years, problem of scour , leakage and seepage stability is lead by karst toft. measures of consolidation grouting and wrapping up lock chamber wall is taken to meet the question. Based on the below case, In order to prove the feasibility of such new navigable method of reinforcing Karst Foundation and the hub of the upper. the text carries out the following works by methods of theory analysis before construction, field monitoring during the construction and numerical simulation after the construction.:1.Systematic review the state of the-art of consolidation grouting from following respects: technological development, construction technology, grouting material, elaborate the three theories of grouting, summarize the characteristics of consolidation grouting.2.Combined with the project practice, summarize the construction method, construction process of Jia qiaoshi hub. research the range, content of monitoring, Puts forward the monitoring methods..3.Combined with the project practice,research the instrument installation method , including strain gauges steel bar meters,deep analys the monitoring results., Instruct on-site construction .4.Combine with the project practice,the text build the numerical simulation model by Ansys, analys the stress of the lock wall comparative the monitoring data , Summarize the reinforcement method of shipping hub located in karst foundation.Through the above research work, comparative analys the field monitoring and numerical simulation results on two aspects, obtain the result that the chamber wall plug in the cave of concrete and grouting of consolidation after the strain of the original gate walls ,the value of strain , axis stress, vertical displacement are tended to a steady state, and the gate beyond the gate wall stress from the wall to withstand the value reduced to value range in a safe, the upper part of the navigation hub for the force Steady-state.
