Floor-by-floor assembled steel braced structures with high assembling degree,good seismic performance,a high degree of industrialization,green,is to adapt the ideal structure of the housing industry,and its envelope structure is commonly installed by integrated wall,but poor water-proof reliability.Aiming at the existing problems of envelope structure,this paper presents a new type of composite wall of expanded polystyrene(EPS)concrete with light gauge steel,which is constructed by installing light steel keel,wall panel and pouring EPS concrete on site,and combining.The weatherability,waterproofing,thermal insulation Sexual,noise insulation performance of the composite wall has been fully improved,while the reliable connection of embedded enclosure wall panels and steel frame can help to improve the structure of the overall lateral stiffness and bearing capacity.In this thesis,a systematically investigation was carried out,including force characteristics,the shear resistance,simplified calculation method of composite wall of EPS concrete with light gauge steel,and the mechanical performance of composite wall-steel frame.The main contents were concluded as follows:To research the shear resistance of light gauge steel EPS concrete composite walls affected by different parameters including wall framing thickness,EPS concrete strength,screw spacing,wallboard materials,wallboard thickness,stud space,stud height,17 simulation models were designed.The results show that material of sheathing has greater influences to the shear-resistance of walls,while the thickness of wall framing and stud space has little influence.With the decrease of stud space and the increase of EPS concrete strength,wallboard thickness,screw spacing,and stud height,the wall' s shear-resistance has clearly increased.Based on study of the mechanical characteristics of composite walls,the nonlinear finite analysis model was established by the ideas of the equivalent bracing method.Restoring force model and nonlinear simplified analysis method of composite wall of EPS concrete with light gauge steel were studied by using the hysteresis rules of multi-linear plastic Pivot element in SAP2000 program.The results show that,the nonlinear simplified analysis method can fully reflect the shear performance of the composite wall.Twenty models of the composite wall were disigned to study the effect of different design parameter such as connection method of wall-frame,structure aspect ratio,vertical loading,and the rate of holes of the composite wall.The results show that,single row or double row self-tapping screw connection and vertical loading has little influence to wall-frame,while structure aspect ratio has greater influences to the shear-resistance of wall-frame,which can be designed by the actual circumstance,the construction requirements and so on.With the decrease of screw connection spacing,lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of wall-frame has increased.Horizontal and vertical connections have a significant impact on the mechanical properties of composite wall-light steel frame.Along with the rising of the rate of holes of the composite wall,the weakening of the wall is more great,so the wall body can withstand the intensity and provide lateral resistance decreases.
