Modern project schedule management is getting more and more complicated, not only request the shortest project cycle, but at the same time should takes the dynamic and conditionality in the implementation of the project into account, put forward request of the optimization of resources and cost. Therefore, the dynamic and conditionality of management in the project schedule management process should be comprehensive considerate, and proposed these new requirements, make the traditional network plan management cannot do the job in the implementation process of the guidance schedule management.The theses systematic introduces the relationship between the project schedule management and other project management, put forward the dynamic constraints to optimize the project schedule. And to investigate the dynamic constraints in construction network from three variables, containing variables changing, constraints changing, and mixed changing, analyzes the influence of it to the time limit, cost and resources in the construction progress. And launched analysis to time limit-cost-resources optimizing from three aspects, one is the period optimization, the second is time limit-cost optimization, the third is time limit-resources optimization. Based on the dynamic constraints, put forward the research concept of network plan multi-objective synthesis optimization, explore the establishment of the evaluation index system, Establishment of the weights, and finally form the model of dynamic optimization algorithm based on the constraint, and through the case to verifications.
