| Since 2013,when President Xi Jinping proposed the“Belt and Road”initiative,the cooperation and exchanges between China and the countries along the “Belt and Road”have become increasingly frequent.Co-construction projects focusing on infrastructure,energy,and cooperative parks have also blossomed.China’s cooperation with state-backed construction projects with poor economic conditions is frequent.Due to the special conditions of these countries,the construction of the project will encounter many unconventional situations.The transportation difficulties in construction are one of them.The traffic conditions will affect the transportation environment of materials and machinery.It is inextricably linked to the transport costs,miscellaneous fees and transportation losses,which will greatly affect the cost of project construction.Under such circumstances,how to carry out coordinated optimization on the basis of considering the mutual influence between duration and cost has become a practical subject.In view of the special area of project construction,materials,equipment,transportation road(special road and feeder roads)had a greater influence on the choice of the project cost,to coordinate the construction time limit for a project,project cost,the“combination of special region is set up based on dynamic programming optimization model of”time limit for a project,cost optimization,ensure the time limit for a project,at the same time,as far as possible to reduce the engineering cost.The main content of the paper is as follows:Firstly,the concept of construction period and cost management is introduced.Then,the theoretical basis of optimization of project construction period and cost is expounded from three aspects:basic principle of construction period control,basic principle of cost control and integrated control of construction period and cost.This paper analyzes the important influence of material transportation cost and transportation loss on material price from the constitution principle of material price.The concept and principle of dynamic programming are described in detail.Then,the status quo of special areas was analyzed and the specificity of the project was introduced.Dynamic planning was introduced and a“dynamic model-based optimization model was established combining with special regional conditions”was introduced to optimize the idea of optimization.The calculation of the model was performed.Finally,the project duration--cost optimization practice analysis.Taking Pakistan ZDGF 12 MW photovoltaic power generation project as the object,the project time-cost optimization practice analysis was carried out.The environmental characteristics and construction difficulties encountered in the project are analyzed,and the special area of the project is judged.The optimal strategy and optimization scheme are obtained by substituting into the model,which verifies the validity of the optimization model based on dynamic programming based on the special regional situation.The dynamic programming is used to solve the practical engineering problems,and the time limit--cost optimization in the construction organization design is studied emphatically.The combination of the research results and practical problems will not only help solve the optimization problem of special engineering projects in areas with backward traffic conditions,but also solve similar problems of other construction environments. |
