| The resource wastes problem has become the most important and the most urgent problem currently with the constant progress of society and the development of science and technology. To solve the energy problem thoroughly, the most direct and effective, and the most critical measure is to save energy at present in addition to find new energy sources that human beings can use.The electric motors use so much energy that it has become the major consumption of electricity in industrial production and it use more than 60 percent of our nation's total consumption. In our country most of the existing electric motors work at low load rate. So the phenomenon of big horse pulling small car is general and causes a serious waste of power resources which means energy conservation of motors has been of great urgency.At present, there are many ways to save energy, but opinions vary, so it is debatable which one is the best way to save energy. This article uses the Simplorer sa simulation software, takes the oil field pumping unit as the research object. Six kinds of ways to conserve energy: the best voltage regulation coefficients method, the frequency variation method, the optimal power factor method, the optimal slip ratio method, the reactive power compensation method,Y-â–³transfer approach, are carried on simulation underconstant and variable load. The iptimal method is obtained by contrasting the final results. |
