| As is known,oil pumping unit is one of the main traditional forms of machinery in China,and its operation efficiency is very low.Therefore,the energy-saving and transformation of the oil pumping unit is significant,which is one way to reduce the energy consumption and improve the efficiency of the oil extraction system.This paper combined with the project "Efficient Energy-saving Permanent Magnet Motor R & D"(Important Research Project in Zhejiang Province),and the project"Composite Permanent Magnet Motor Pumping"(researched by ZJU & Beijing Spaceflight Linquan Oil Equipment Co.,Ltd.).Based on the current oil pumping unit running state and the development of the motor and its control system, this paper analyze an entire pumping system to reduce the volume of pumping systems and electricity use and improve performance,by introducing a low-speed and high-torque PMSM.The main content of this paper includes:Research on the energy-saving program of the pumping system,and compare with the design,the advantages & the disadvantages of the types of new pumping units,and analyze the specific structure of disc permanent magnet motor & composite permanent magnet motor.According to the vibration caused by the slot effect of the novel PMSM,skewed slot and subsection permanent magnet is designed considering the practical production process,and the magnet steel distribution structure is also designed by using the Electromagnetic field finite element analysis.Analyze the permanent magnet synchronous motor control and drive system, particularly the vector control algorithm,and do the system simulation by MATLAB software.The control system is designed based on the TMS320F2812 from-TI Company, which controlled the oil pumping system,and adjusts working conditions in accordance with the pumping system's starting and running situation to achieve energy-saving effect.The control system included main circuit,signal processing circuit,detection circuit,and DSP core circuit. |
