MSW(Municipal solid waste) is the waste generated in daily life of people. As the current improper disposal of MSW, not only cause a waste of resources, more on the environment causing serious pollution. When people began to focus on MSW pollution control, the proposed"reduction, recycling, harmless"approach, and the construction of an integrated waste treatment plant, but due to various reasons leading to an integrated waste treatment plant does not run.This paper is based Mianyang integrated MSW treatment plant in the production operation in the face of difficulties and problems, an integrated waste sorting system for research and analysis, the integrated separation system to optimize the design process to achieve the improvement of MSW treatment and disposal targets for the effect.The main contents of this paper is as follows:1. through data collection and analysis of the literature about the current waste disposal process and sorting equipment usage, and future trends;2. MSW composition of Mianyang city were measured and analyzed for the various size grades of various materials within the resource performance can be evaluated;3. through Mianyang city garbage sorting system integrated operation of the investigation and analysis to identify effects that affect the real cause of municipal solid waste;4. using "5W1H" question technology and "ECRS" the principle of separation of the integrated system design process is optimized, and proposed three alternative optimization;5. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method using the three optimization program was evaluated to select the optimal solution (Option III), and completed the program of technical and economic analysis;6. Looking to the on-site waste management technologies in an integrated separation system achieved the desired effect, and proposed to carry out waste source separation initiatives.
