Since the Industrial Revolution, the material of human society has become more prosperous,the level of human life has increased and the material needs become diverse day by day.A large number of solid waste and environmental pollution problems, making the management of solid waste has become worldwide problem to the sustainable development of cities, especially in China.As of 2008,the annual production of municipal solid waste in China is about 1.6 billion tons,and it is still grow at 8% to 10% rate.The disposal capacity of solid waste in china is 379.151 tons per day. The disposal capacity.is in a serious shortage In addition, although the classification of garbage has been carried out for many years, the effect is not obvious.The waste is still a mixed collected and transported.This show the current plight of solid waste management:on one hand, there are a lot of recyclable waste of resources, it is a huge resource potential; on other hand, the garbage classification policy in place, the disposal capacity is obviously inadequate, the disposal should be improved.Though date of the Municipal solid waste production of Beijing and the analysis of waste sample, the composition and properties of Municipal solid waste of Beijing is got. And t The prediction of waste output is made by the gray prediction method. The composition of Beijing is also predicted by analog analysis.In this paper, three Waste collection and Transportation plans of Beijing is Comparative Analyzed by AHP. The results show that plan 3 is the collection he best pain. But compared plan 2 with plan 1, there is no comparative advantage at all. So plan 2 should be abandoned too. Plan 3 is more reasonable for beijing.Meanwhile, four solid waste disposal of beijing was evaluated by AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that:Comprehensive Treatment, compost disposal, incineration disposal, landfill disposal. The proportion of integrative treatment should be increased, compost disposal should be promoted.The incineration disposal should be limited. The amount of landfill disposal should be gradually reduced as a means of final disposal. In the end, advice and recommendations is proposed for beijing in the paper.It may provide a reference work to solid waste management of Beijing...
