Traditional designs mainly concern about product functional features, with the develop-ment of economy and improvement of consumption level, people nowadays pay attention not only to product functional features, but also to form perception, which produce an urgent need for product form perception support technology. By the assistance of support technology de-signers can efficiently transform the needs of consumers'blurred emotion into detail form element design styles in product design process. Current study of product form perception mainly do analysis based on designers'understanding but barely take consumers'needs into consideration, which is also due to the lack of form perception design support technology when designers know neither methods of evaluating and recognizing product form perception nor methods of integrating consumers'form perception needs into product form design proc-ess.This paper presents the relevance models between consumers' perception and the car ap-pearance form and color separately, with the relevant theory of Kansei engineering. It can in-dicate designers how to design consumer-oriented products. The tasks conducted in this study include developing an appraisal scale for car product form and color by first framing the set of appraisal words and then purifying it according to statistic methods and experts opinion. In the form study, apply GRA analysis to find the key form elements for each perception, and built the fuzzy membership function of form element and perception. Then generate a set of fuzzy rules with the most influential form elements based on the 20 representative car samples and calculate the perception values of the different combination of from elements by Defuzzifica-tion. According to the same color has different attribute values in different color system, this paper built a color library with 108 colors and apply the Quantitative Theory TypeⅠand mul-tiple regression methods to establish of the models between Perception and color attributes HV/C and RGB...
