Three-phase AC induction motor is one of the major drive system in the AC speed control system, rotary transformer or optical encoders are used for detecting rotor's position and speed. However, these ways increase the costs of the system and reduce the reliability. Therefore, in order to increase the reliability and decrease the costs, the research based on the abolishment of sensors is becoming popular.IRMCF341 is developed by International Rectifer Corporation which is one single chip controller that contains the position sensorless control algorithm internally. Based on research the position sensorless estimation algorithm of the rotor angle contained in the chip, and the chip is applied in the drive control system of three-phase AC induction motor.According to the design the controller for sensorless vector frequency electric actuator with IRMCF341, carry out the following main works.(1) Deeply analyzed the mathematics model of three-phase AC induction motor in different coordinates and mutual conversion methods. Introduce the field orientation control principle and voltage SVPWM technology.(2) Based on the research theory about the controller for sensorless three-phase AC induction motor and the ways for designing the controller for sensorless vector frequency electric actuator, designed the following hardwares, system power circuit, system control circuit, system protect circuit, system voltage circuit and the PCB interference circuit.(3) In this paper, the system content two CPU. Based on the hardwares design, analyzed the drive circuit's software, the 8051 which is from IRMCF341 software and the STC12LE5A40S2 sofuware design and implementation.(4) This design was given to test the research by industrial site. Using the MCE Designer for online simulation to test the system's speed loop and torque loop in different load and environment. After these all, program was loaded by FS2. At last, collected and analyzed the problem about this design.The results of experiments indicated that the scheme of hardwares and softwares were successful and the sensorless vector frequency electric actuator work normally under the given load, the output waves of voltage and currents curve were coindident with the expentable one.
