Along with the progress of the society, cars and the continuous development of the computer technology, people for the automobile demand is also more and more high, Car's comfortable and Noise, Vibration, Harshness more and more attention by people. It also became a vehicle, especially the main performance index of the car.The engine is the main vibration source of a car, it using the elastic supporting installation, this is "mounting". As a son system of the vibration system, power train mount system is very important. Its vibration transfer characteristics have a great influence on the comfort and NVH. To design the reasonable power train mount system can be reduce vibration and noise of the vehicle obviously, and improve the car ride comfort. Automotive power train mount system is a connection system between dynamic assembly (including engine and transmission, etc), the frame, chassis and the flexibility. The performance is not only affect ride comfort and also affect the service life of the car, is the core technology of the vehicle design. It involves multi body dynamics analysis, finite element analysis, elastic coupling analysis, virtual prototype technology, the response surface method, optimization design theory and method's comprehensive use, is very complicated system engineering. At the present stage, the development and design research of the mount system. Many units in the domestic and foreign have begun to implement. But the real values of studying achievements have often been incorporated into the scope of the technical secret. China in the field is still at the beginning, not many mature materials using for reference, must carry out innovative research work.This paper established an engine-mount system for a bus, using the method of target variables, the three points of the mount rigidity as design variables, with energy decoupling for design goal, use the response surface method on polynomial fitting. Provide a convenient and rapid optimization program for engineering application. And compare the optimum vibration isolation characteristics. The results show that, The performance of vibration isolation is improvement. This optimization method to engine power powerplant mount of vibration isolation system analysis and optimization design has a guiding significance.
