NVH has become one of the core issues for vehicle performance indicators. Suspension system connects the power-train and chassis components, design parameters directly affect NVH of vehicles. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors' research results, with a domestic commercial vehicle as the research object, on the suspension system to optimize calculation and experimental analysis.1?Builds the mathematical model of power-train mount system for dynamics equation. The natural frequency and the decoupling rate of suspension system were calculated based on the MATLAB platform, and use 'fgoalattain' function optimize the stiffness of the suspension components.2?The power-train mount system was established based on the virtual prototype software ADAMS. Comparing the analysis results of ADAMS model and the analysis results of MATLAB, proves the rationality of the analysis of ADAMS software.3?Then the three condition of power-train dynamic characteristics are simulated. Finally using the ADAMS simulation technology to verify the numerical optimization of damping effect.4?The actual suspension system and the model is different. So the experimental study of suspension system is very necessary.
