Hydraulic hoist is mainly used to open and close the gate of water conservancy project. Compared with the hoist, hydraulic hoist is incomparable advantages. Its usage quantity increasingly ballooned used in water-control project, ship lock, Power stations and flood control works. But the actual application shows:Hydraulic hoist still have many problems that plagued its development and should be solved urgently.The paper has consulted a large number of domestic and foreign relevant material and has analyed the hydraulic hoister development trends, and the hydraulic hoiste's common problems and the causes:low synchronous control precision, balance lock loop work is not reliable and online speed regulation is difficult. Considering the Electro-hydraulic proportional control principle simple, high reliability, moderate price, the control accuracy and response characteristics all can meet the actual requirements of the hydraulic hoister. therefore this paper by using the electrohydraulic proportional direction throttle valve as the main valve, Compared the advantages and disadvantages of many synchronous control circuit and balance pressure-keeping loop and speed control circuit, then has designed a comparatively reasonable control system of hydraulic hoister based on electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, and solves the main problems.According to the different performance and controlled parameters of the two situations that the oil enter the rod end and the rear end of the asymmetrical cylinder, the paper separately established two mathematical modes of the valve-control asymmetrical cylinder speed control system, and analyzed the static and dynamic performance of the speed control system in detail according to the principle of control theory, then established parameterizations expression of the main performance index. The paper finally has carried on the simulation and the preliminary estimate to system's main performance by using the MATLAB and the Simulink software. In order to enhance the system stability and dynamic performance further, the paper introduced the PID corrector, and determined optimization parameters combination of the PID corrector by trial and error. The simulation results fully illustrate that the handled speed control system has better stability and dynamic characteristics, fulfilled the expected design requirements. It obtained some useful conclusions in engineering application.
